Experience in the ornamental horticulture industry is a MUST for this position. We are looking for a propagation manager who is bilingual with good management skills to direct propagation crews in all facets of propagation. This includes oversight of proper climate control, watering practices, and IPM practices . Applicant must have 3-5 years experience in the ornamental plant industry and be familiar with soils, fertilizers and general chemicals used. General computer proficiency is required. Attention to detail and an ability to recognize and execute solutions for growing concerns is a requirement.
