Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced (5 yrs) Barn Manager to oversee all daily operations of a 20-stall equestrian barn, full size Dressage and jumping arena with specialized footing using Sortes Equine fiber, automatic walking arena for 6 horses, and a separate training arena. In this vital role, you will ensure the well-being of the horses, maintain the facility's safety standards, and manage a team of trainers, employees and clinics. Your leadership will foster a safe, efficient, and nurturing environment for both staff and animals, supporting the overall success of our equestrian program. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily barn activities, including feeding, grooming, exercising, and general care of horses.
