NovaVision, LLC is a growing technology company specializing in anti-tampering, anti-counterfeiting and durable label products. We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead our screen printing (durable labels) facility in Atlanta, Georgia. This candidate will be responsible for all facets of the operation, leading and directing approximately 45 team members. NovaVision is headquartered in Bowling Green, OH with locations in Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Salary Exempt Responsibilities

• Develops, recommends and executes on operational plans supporting the company's strategic plan promoting the growth of durable labels and signage.
• Coordinate team development including recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training and retention actions.
• Partner with company Finance to ensure all appropriate accounting activities including payroll are administered timely and per GAAP requirements.
• Partner with company HR to support and administer all company policies including employee handbook and the promotion of positive employee relations.
• Responsible for establishing, monitoring and executing on company, plant and individual staff performance objectives and feedback as appropriate.
• Regularly reviews and analyzes activities and costs and recommends capital investment needs to support the operation to improve capacity, productivity or capability expansion.
• Maintains industry knowledge through attendance of industry, trade meetings, seminars or workshops such as Label Expo, Print United, Vendor/equipment forums, etc.
• Support QMS including customer requirements, internal process audits, 3rd party audits and requirements, FAIR / PPAP activities and a effective Corrective and Preventative Action system as it all relates to continuous process improvement.
• Any other activities as needed to support the positive direction of the plant.

Requirements Bachelor's degree, with study in Operational Management, Engineering. Experience with Sales, Marketing or other business-related field preferred. Experience in the Printing Industry preferred. 5 year's minimum Leadership experience, evidencing strong administrative skills. Senior management experience as plant manager, GM or VPM preferred. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work on a team or independently. Solid work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
