This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agronomy sales or operations experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll work closely with the Agronomy Manager to oversee daily operations, support employees, and help deliver outstanding service to customers. Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day agronomy operations. Support agronomy staff with scheduling, training, and daily activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with growers. Help drive agronomy sales and customer service efforts. Coordinate fertilizer, chemical, and seed logistics. Monitor inventory and ensure efficient product movement. Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Qualifications 1+ year of agronomy sales and/or agronomy operations experience. Knowledge of fertilizer, crop protection products, seed, and precision agriculture is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Leadership experience or the desire to move into management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Agriculture degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
