Hy-Line North America is looking to have someone join our team as the Breeder Manager at our Warren, IN Location.

In this role, you are responsible for overseeing Warren's Layer and pullet flocks. The manager works closely with company management, third-party vendors, and contract layer and grower cooperators to ensure that all biosecurity measures, husbandry, and animal welfare practices are performed to company standards to achieve optimal performance and production. Candidates with bachelor's degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred, or three years of comparable professional experience in poultry production or management. Valid driver's license required for daily travel to multiple farm locations around Warren. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, ability to maintain confidential information, high level of accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft office systems, including Word and Excel, and in house computer programs.
