Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Wedding Venue Manager to lead the operations of our premier event space. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of wedding and event planning, ensuring seamless execution from initial client consultation to post-event wrap-up. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, exceptional leadership skills, and a knack for creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Wedding Venue Manager, you will drive team performance, manage operational logistics, and uphold the highest standards of customer service to make every celebration extraordinary. This position also receives a $60 cash tip per event Duties Coordinate and oversee all wedding and event bookings Lead and supervise a team of staff members and maintenance staff Manage day-to-day venue operations, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting during events Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction Maintain high standards of guest services by addressing client needs promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare detailed reports on event performance, guest feedback on call and will help your team as needed for emergencies or basic questions.
