Are you a strong leader with a passion for animal care, team development, and production excellence?
PIPESTONE
is looking for a Grow Finish Production Manager to oversee swine production operations, lead employees, and drive efficiency and profitability across an assigned unit. What You'll Do Lead daily farm production activities Train, coach, and develop farm employees Ensure animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety compliance Manage inventories, feed ordering, and production records Oversee facility maintenance and ventilation systems Analyze financial performance and support budgeting efforts Partner with HR on recruiting, retention, and employee development Maintain accurate payroll, HR, and production documentation What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Agricultural education preferred 4+ years livestock experience and 2+ years supervisory experience preferred Swine production experience strongly preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Basic computer skills (email and reporting) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must live within 50 minutes of the farm location Ability to work weekends as needed Compensation & Benefits $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience) Paid single health insurance (family plans available) Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance PTO + Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Work Environment This role is based in a rural agricultural swine production setting and involves hands-on leadership in nursery and finishing operations.
