Job Overview Ag Lender:
Are you a seasoned Ag lender ready to take your career to the next level with a highly respected, community-focused bank? We're looking for a passionate and experienced Agricultural Lender to join a well-established financial institution to cover the SW Minnesota a thriving area where agriculture is the heartbeat of the community.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-quality ag loan portfolio Serve as a trusted advisor to farmers and agribusiness clients Develop customized financing solutions for operations of all sizes Stay engaged in local ag markets and participate in community events Collaborate with senior management and play a key role in strategic lending decisions
Qualifications:
2+years of ag lending experience-
