Duties Supervise daily farm operations including feeding, watering, and caring for cattle to ensure optimal health and growth Operate and maintain farm machinery such as tractors, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Conduct equipment repair, welding, and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan Oversee manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting, animal movement, and farm setup activities Implement safety standards in production environments to protect staff and livestock at all times Coordinate with team members to ensure proper animal care protocols are followed consistently Maintain accurate records of livestock health, breeding schedules, feed inventories, and maintenance logs Skills Proven supervising experience in farm or livestock environments with strong leadership capabilities Skilled in operating farm machinery including agricultural tractors, forklifts, greenhouses, and other heavy equipment Mechanical knowledge for repairing farm equipment, MRO (maintenance, repair & operations), welding, and basic tool use Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety standards in production settings Experience with manual handling tasks involving animals and farm materials with attention to safety protocols Basic math skills for inventory management, measurements during repairs or planting activities Knowledge of safety standards related to farming operations and livestock handling procedures Strong organizational skills to coordinate farm activities efficiently while maintaining high standards of animal welfare Join us as a Cattle Farm Manager if you're ready to lead with energy and expertise in a rewarding agricultural environment.
