This role is designed for an experienced commercial operator who thrives on efficiency, consistency, and measurable results. This is not a craft or experimental grow. The ideal candidate understands production schedules, yield targets, cost control, and Oregon compliance, and can lead teams to hit numbers - cycle after cycle. Key Responsibilities Lead all cultivation operations from clone through harvest across multiple rooms Execute production schedules to meet yield, quality, and turnaround targets Optimize environmental controls (HVAC, lighting, CO₂, irrigation/fertigation) Develop and manage feeding, crop steering, and IPM programs Monitor plant health and quickly correct nutrient, pest, or environmental issues Train, manage, and hold cultivation staff accountable to SOPs and KPIs Track and report performance metrics (yield per light, cost per gram, cycle time, waste) Ensure full compliance with OLCC regulations , tracking, and audit readiness Maintain accurate records in METRC and internal cultivation logs Coordinate with post-harvest, compliance, and leadership teams Manage nutrient, supply, and equipment inventory Required Qualifications 5+ years commercial cannabis cultivation experience 2+ years in a Head Grower or senior cultivation leadership role Direct experience managing 300-400+ lights in a commercial indoor facility Strong understanding of large-scale plant physiology and production farming Proven ability to hit yield and quality targets consistently Hands-on experience with commercial irrigation and fertigation systems Working knowledge of Oregon OLCC rules and METRC compliance Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance High-Performance Expectations Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven environment Able to scale production without sacrificing consistency or compliance Experience reducing losses, improving yield per light, and tightening cycle times Data-driven decision maker with strong documentation habits Preferred Experience Indoor LED or HPS production at scale SOP development and team training programs Experience turning around underperforming rooms or facilities Oregon commercial cannabis market experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Performance-based bonuses tied to yield, efficiency, and quality Leadership role in a high-volume Oregon cultivation operation Long-term growth opportunity within a performance-focused company
