This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in construction project management. We are willing to train the right candidate and provide hands-on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers. The ideal applicant is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work. This position is primarily office-based and works closely with Project Managers to help coordinate construction projects from start to finish. Occasional visits to local job sites or weekend assistance may be required. This position offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth into a Project Manager role. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination. Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Schedule jobs and coordinate project timelines. Track project progress and maintain accurate records. Prepare project documentation and reports. Order materials and follow up on deliveries. Assist with estimating, permits, and project closeout paperwork. Answer phones and respond to emails professionally. Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule. Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities High school diploma or GED required. Construction experience is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn new software and processes. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude and dependable work ethic. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
