Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
