Position Summary:
The Outdoor Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing concession operations during outdoor athletic and activity events at Western Dubuque High School. Responsibilities include keeping inventory and supplies, working with other concession workers, and ensuring the concession stand is organized and operates efficiently. The manager will also oversee cash-handling procedures and communicate concession needs with the Activities Department. This position requires evening and occasional weekend availability based on the school activities schedule. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service, concessions, customer service, or cash handling is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, organized, and able to effectively communicate and work with students, staff, volunteers, and community members. Reports To Activities Director.
Work Schedule:
This position is approximately 5 hours per day, 2 days per week, for a total of 10 hours per week, and 30 days per year. This position begins August 24, 2026.
