About the role:

As the Retreats Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape two significant areas of ministry at

New Life Ranch, Flint Valley:

creating meaningful experiences for retreat guests and investing deeply in the next generation of leaders through our SERVE gap year program. As part of the Flint Valley Guest Services team, you'll work alongside others to create an exceptional experience for every group, regularly serving as their host and helping them feel set up for a meaningful retreat. You'll also lead the SERVE program by recruiting, training, and developing a team of young adults, investing in their personal and professional growth and helping them take meaningful steps toward where God is leading them.

About you:

You demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission of New Life Ranch and exhibit Christlike character in all interactions. You love people and find joy in developing others. You are comfortable managing and coaching direct reports in their work. You are capable of managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities. You take initiative in your work. You are detail-oriented and have good planning skills. You enjoy getting to know a variety of people, and find conversation with strangers easy.
