Responsibilities include food preparation, packaging, inventory organization, maintaining cleanliness, following food safety standards, and other duties as assigned by management. The commissary team is vital to the team and will work closely with all other positions in the back-of-house operations to cook, receive, prep, and organize food in order to maintain proper back-of-house operations for the continuity of the guest experience.
