Job Description
Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for over 85 years. Our Oakwood Division in Paulding County, Ohio, breeds hogs and turkeys while providing the best care to our animals in a small team setting. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Hatch Team Member for our Hatchery 1 location in Oakwood.
SHIFT HOURS
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm, with a rotating weekend from 1:30pm-7:30pmSTARTING HOURLY RATE
$16.80 with the potential of increasing to $17.05 after 90 daysADDITIONAL PAY
Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position.Job functions include:
