Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sporting Clays Course Worker to join our team. The Sporting Clays Course Worker will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants while maintaining the course and its equipment. Duties Oversee the operation of the sporting clays course, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Assist participants with proper shooting techniques and provide guidance to enhance their skills. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the course, including equipment and facilities. Set up and take down shooting stations as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Monitor participant behavior to ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide assistance as necessary.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and engage with participants of all ages. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Must demonstrate a commitment to safety and responsible handling of firearms (training will be provided).
