Job Description
The Patient Triage position includes but is not limited to: taking vital signs, inputting into the electronic medical record the history and physical, medication list, drug allergies, and vital signs obtained from the patient at each visit, reporting vital sign issues that are out of norm to the nurse and/or physician, and consulting with the patient about follow up with PCP regarding abnormal vital signs, such as, elevated blood pressure.
