Job Description

Trade the late-night pirate life for a steady ship. We're searching for a Day Shift Bar Key Holder to captain our taproom from opening bell until the afternoon crew takes the helm. If you're the kind of person who loves great beer, taking care of guests, leading by example, and—best of all—having your nights and weekends free , this could be your next adventure. Your Mission As our Bar Captain, you'll help keep the ship sailing smoothly by: Opening and preparing the taproom for a successful day. Leading the crew during daytime service. Delivering legendary hospitality to every guest. Keeping the bar clean, organized, and shipshape. Handling cash, opening duties, and key holder responsibilities. Supporting fellow crew members and solving problems before they become mutinies. Making sure every guest leaves eager for their next voyage. What Makes This Crew Different? Weekends Off! That's right. While most bartenders are busiest on Friday and Saturday nights, you'll be enjoying cookouts, football games, camping trips, family time, concerts, or simply relaxing.
Typical Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, Monday-Friday Day shifts Evenings and weekends belong to you.

Has bartending or hospitality experience. Can confidently lead a team. Stays calm when the seas get rough. Loves creating memorable guest experiences. Is dependable enough to be trusted with the keys to the ship. Believes work should be fun—but professionalism always comes first.
