Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Description Job Overview:
4am-2:30pm (Shift subject to change based on business needs) The Kiosk Team Member is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all kiosk redemption, jackpot stations, and coin redemption machines throughout the facility. They must convey a consistently professional, friendly and courteous manner, with all customers and team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on a regular basis to maintain quality function, improve equipment life, and prevent down time on all currency and coin equipment used by the Cage Diagnoses problems and ensures equipment is back in use quickly Provides prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner Maintains strict adherence to the department policies and procedures, and a strong knowledge of Title 31 requirements Maintains a stable and positive background and adheres to the established dress code Prepares kiosk cassettes and coin bags for daily fill Performs emergency fills for kiosks, if needed Assists with daily maintenance of kiosks Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements:
(please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying ) High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older Six (6) months of high-volume cash handling experience
  • preferred Six (6) months' experience using or servicing high volume cash handling equipment
  • preferred Proficient in math
  • a skills test will be administered and candidate must achieve at least 70% skills pass rate
  • required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external customers including vendors, outside technicians, WCH Management and WCH front line staff Technical and problem solving skills Knowledgeable in all aspects of kiosk operations, preferred Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition Must be mature, possess the ability to maintain confidentiality, assume responsibility, work independently, and be self-motivated Possess a valid state-issued driver's license Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
