Overview Join our team as a Deck Ambassador ! In this role, you will lead pool deck operations, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional service to our students and families in a energetic, positive environment.

Responsibilities Meet and greet our families, answer questions and provide excellent customer service. Supervise daily deck operations, including guest services and safety protocols to ensure seamless experiences. Maintain detailed reports on operations, incidents, guest feedback, and staff performance to support continuous improvement efforts. Experience Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills for decision-making and guest interactions. Knowledge of health and safety standards including first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable. $20.00•$25.00 per hour
