Job Description
Basic Function We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Project Manager to support the successful planning and execution of data center, critical infrastructure, and large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of construction project management who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. Responsibilities Support Project Managers in coordinating design and construction efforts across multiple stakeholders. Assist in reviewing and interpreting technical documentation, including architectural plans and MEP specifications. Help maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action items to ensure clear communication across teams. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using scheduling tools. Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and change order documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and organize project inputs. Prepare regular status reports and support the team in presentations and client meetings. Help identify potential project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent industry experience. 8+ years of professional experience. 2-5 years of experience in construction or engineering project support roles, with exposure to data centers or large mechanical/electrical systems preferred. Basic understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and project coordination. Familiarity with reading construction drawings and technical documents. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
