Description Located on Denver's bustling Tennyson street, Vital Root focuses on plant-based meals that nourish the body and honor sustainability. Mostly vegetarian and 100% gluten free, this fast-casual concept from Edible Beats serves real ingredients and real food in a bright, comfy space brimming with natural accents and large, covered patio In year 1 earn between $24-$25• per hour on average ( with tips included). Wages go higher from there based on tenure and proficiency. •Base wage of $19.29/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly pay

Help coordinate and guide the front of house team to ensure smooth service and high standards throughout the shift. Model and promote excellent hospitality and efficiency. Maintain a mindset focused on continuous learning and personal development. Bring positive energy and a collaborative attitude to every shift. Work independently when needed and communicate clearly with BOH and FOH teams. Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper food handling, labeling, storage, and sanitation. Set up, organize, replenish, and deep-clean all front of house facilities including service stations, professional work stations, tables & decor, restrooms, etc. Demonstrate physical stamina and the ability to remain active throughout the shift. Open availability is preferred, including nights and weekends. Be able to support closing up, locking up, and arming the building Must be able to lift over 20 lbs multiple times per shift.
