Job Description

Job description We are looking for an APRN who will collaborate with physicians in managing the medical needs of our patients.
Qualifications:
Must have a current Florida license or be eligible to obtain a Florida license. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess strong computer skills. BLS and/or ACLS required.
Full Time:
Monday-Thursday; 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Prior Pain Management experience is preferred but not required. Possession of a State of Florida
ARNP/ PA
license. Proficiency in eClinicalWorks is preferred, but not required. The PA/APRN also may perform the following tasks in an authorized setting: Obtaining patient history. Performing physical examinations. Ordering and performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Overseeing the treatment plan. Monitoring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions. Offering counseling and education to meet patient needs. Making appropriate referrals, Imaging, Orthopedic, neurosurgery, etc. Prescribing and dispensing prescription medication in accordance with FL state laws and department policies Performing minor procedures and surgical procedures. Demonstrates ability to assess data reflective of patient's status and appropriately interprets information relative to patient's age-specific needs. Assist with ongoing departmental process improvement and policy development.
