Beach Watersports Attendant On The Beach Watersports - Pompano Beach, FL On The Beach Watersports is looking for a reliable, energetic person to join our beach team. This is a hands-on outdoor position working directly on the beach with jet skis, beach equipment, and customers. Responsibilities Set up and break down beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and other rental equipment Assist customers with jet ski, kayak, paddleboard, and beach equipment rentals Help launch and retrieve jet skis and other watersports equipment Explain basic rental procedures and safety rules to customers Keep rental equipment and the beach work area clean and organized Provide friendly, professional customer service Help with daily opening and closing duties Work as part of the team to keep beach operations running smoothly Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in the sun and heat Comfortable working around the ocean and water Dependable and able to arrive on time Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers Able to stay active and on your feet throughout the shift Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed Watersports, boating, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person What We're Looking For We need someone who works hard, has a good attitude, and isn't afraid of a physical job. You should enjoy being outdoors, interacting with people, and working in a fast-paced beach environment.
