Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the nurse manager, the surgical transporter is responsible for the completion of assignments, as received from the printed schedule. Responsible for the transport of patients and equipment within established departmental time frames and productivity standards and following departmental operational and safety policies and procedures. Demonstrates positive customer relations, infection control, and risk management practices.

Requirements:
Current CPR certification. Ability to push and pull a minimum of 100 lbs.
