Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 6 PM (Part-Time ) About the Role Wellen Park Kind Vibes Outfitters is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who love being outdoors and enjoy engaging with people. We operate an outdoor recreation and outfitting rental operation in the heart of Downtown Wellen Park, and we're seeking team members who bring a hospitality-first mindset and positive energy to every guest interaction. Our overwhelming goal is to find someone with a hospitality heart—someone who will activate this amenity, connect with residents, and help create a welcoming, vibrant experience for the community. What You'll Be Doing Renting and assisting guests with: Kayaks Paddleboards E-bikes & pedal bikes Fishing equipment Educating customers on proper use and safety of equipment Delivering friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable customer service Processing rentals and payments Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming rental area Serving as a positive ambassador for Wellen Park and the Kind Vibes brand What We're Looking For A genuine love for the outdoors and active environments Strong people skills with a sales-oriented mindset Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) outdoor recreation equipment Energetic, upbeat, and dependable attitude Comfortable engaging with residents, visitors, and families Availability to work weekends and peak community hours Why Work With Us?
