What You'll Do American Staffing is looking for a Potato Harvester Operator to assist with seasonal potato harvest operations. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring harvesting equipment while working as part of a team to efficiently collect potatoes from the field. Responsibilities Operate and monitor potato harvesting equipment. Monitor the flow of potatoes through the harvesting equipment. Make basic equipment adjustments as needed.
