We combine guaranteed weekly pay with performance bonuses, organized routes, and professional equipment to create a stable and rewarding work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and professionally Perform trimming and cleanup work Follow daily production schedules Maintain quality appearance standards Work efficiently with crew members Assist with fueling, loading, and equipment maintenance Represent the company professionally on customer properties Requirements Valid driver's license a must Dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Lawn care experience preferred but not required This position is ideal for someone who: enjoys working outdoors prefers staying active works efficiently without constant supervision wants stable hours with bonus opportunities takes pride in quality work wants advancement opportunities into leadership positions Benefits $16.00/hour guaranteed base pay Guaranteed 45-hour work weeks during mowing season Overtime included in weekly pay Consistent weekly income even during slower weather periods

Approximately:

$760/week guaranteed In addition to guaranteed hourly pay, crews participate in a weekly production bonus program.

Crews earn additional bonuses for:

Completing assigned routes on time Productive weekly performance Maintaining quality standards Strong attendance and reliability Working efficiently as a team $50

• 250+ per week for crew members Higher bonus opportunities for crew leaders Most productive crew members can realistically earn: $18
• 22+ per hour effective pay Crew leaders can earn: $22
