Responsibilities Follow established policies for sales and excellent customer service Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains Guide customers to the right choices by discussing strains & consumption Accurate use of the Point Of Sale (DUTCHIE) system Maintenance of an organized and clean store Open communication with management team and coworkers Provide support to management ensuring retail operations run properly in compliance with applicable regulations Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Passion for the plant Excellent customer service skills Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience preferred Ability to use standard office equipment, computers & software Ability to work effectively with employees, management and customers Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures Additional Requirements Must obtain a state agent card Must be a minimum of 21 years of age Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry Must pass all required background checks and drug screen Prior cannabis knowledge preferred Retail experience 3 years+ preferred
