Provide an exceptional, welcoming guest experience while supporting wine sales and customer engagement Pour and confidently describe MAWBY and bigLITTLE wines, with training provided Share the history, stories, and personality of the MAWBY and bigLITTLE brands with guests Serve as a Wine Club Liaison , working closely with our Club Manager to support members, club activities, and communication between the wine club and tasting room teams Develop an understanding of wine club operations and help identify opportunities to improve the member experience Look for ways to improve how we work, solve problems, and create a better experience for both guests and teammates Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and bring forward ideas, no previous CI experience required Operate the POS system, process cash and credit card transactions, and take guest orders Greet guests and help manage the flow of the tasting room during busy periods Assist with stocking, organization, housekeeping, and maintaining an inviting tasting room Support special events and other hospitality activities as needed Be willing to learn, take on additional responsibility, and grow within the organization Have fun and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and regularly lift up to 40 pounds Cash and credit card tips are earned in addition to base pay
