Job Summary The Bistro Attendant is essential for creating great guest experiences with excellent service, warmth, and efficiency. This role requires top-notch customer service, attention to detail, and thriving in a busy hospitality environment.

Bistro Hours:

5:30am-10:00am Monday-Friday 6:00am-10:30am

Weekends Evening Hours:

5:00pm-10:00pm Daily

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Service & Communication:

Welcome and help guests warmly and efficiently, offering menu recommendations for a memorable dining experience. Ability to take orders and clarify guest questions.

Food & Beverage Operations:

Maintain a well-stocked buffet and process guest orders accurately using our POS system.

Efficiency & Teamwork:

Work closely with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service. Perform opening and closing duties, attend meetings, and follow hotel policies and safety standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. Comfortable with financial calculations related to billing and transactions. PROPERTY INFORMATION

Our Bismarck hotel offers a new state-of-the-art lobby that provides greater flexibility and choices for our guests. At the center of it all is The Bistro, your destination for a great breakfast, or drinks and dinner during the evening. Guests will also enjoy inviting, flexible spaces where they can work or relax and free WiFi throughout the hotel. Our meeting space can be reserved for a business meeting or gathering. Catering through The Bistro is available for any event at the Courtyard's meeting room.
