Job Description

What You'll Own As the CampgroundRentals Coordinator, you'll support two seasonal operations throughout the year, with a primary focus on Rentals and Outreach administration during the winter and Campground Seasonal Camping administration and operations during the summer and fall. This position combines organization, communication, guest service, and hands-on operational support.
Winter:
RentalsOutreach During the winter operating season, the primary focus of this position is coordinating the administrative details associated with school and group rentals.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with school coordinators, group leaders, and chaperones regarding rental needs and expectations Collecting, organizing, and maintaining group rental information and equipment needs Maintaining spreadsheets, rental records, and other group documentation Coordinating group details, schedules, and setups with the Rentals Manager and rental team Tracking rental returns and outstanding equipment and assisting with follow-up when needed Helping prepare for upcoming school and outreach groups to ensure rental information is complete and accurate Supporting daily rental operations during busy groups, weekends, and peak holiday periods Assisting with guest service, boot fitting, equipment setup, and rental technician responsibilities as needed, especially during holiday periods. Assisting with campground reservations and seasonal camper communication during the winter months
SummerFall:
Campground Operations During the campground season, the primary focus shifts to seasonal camper administration, campground guest service, and operational support.
Responsibilities include:
Managing seasonal camper paperwork and communications, including contracts, waitlists, payments, insurance documentation, rabies records, and other required information Maintaining accurate and organized seasonal camper files Helping coordinate seasonal camper gatherings, activities, and special events Communicating regularly with current and prospective seasonal campers Assisting with campground reservations, check-ins, guest questions, and front desk operations Performing regular campground associate responsibilities and supporting daily campground operations Providing lead and supervisory support to campground staff Supporting a positive, organized, and welcoming experience for campground guests and seasonal campers Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent guest service skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, technology, and multiple computer programs Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on detailed administrative work Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Willing to assist with hands-on guest service and operational responsibilities when needed Previous leadership, supervisory, hospitality, recreation, or guest service experience is preferred This is a year-round position with hours that vary seasonally, including higher hours during the winter operating season and summer campground season and reduced hours during transitional periods. Some weekends, evenings, and holidays are required based on operational needs.
