Job Description

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid drivers' license. Must be available to work days or nights including weekends on a flexible basis. Previous snowcat/heavy equipment operation experience preferred. Excellent English communication skills required. Excellent customer service and organizational skills required. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for basic grooming of trails in a reasonable period of time. Involved in learning grooming patterns and contours, proper blade work and tiller operation. Involved in basic ramp maintenance. Use SNOWsat to check equipment in and out. (e.g. snowcats, snowmobiles, and rangers). Report any suspicious mechanical issues or abnormal performance of equipment to the Vehicle Maintenance department via SNOWsat.
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties. Provide information and answer questions about the resort to resort guests. Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all of the tasks contained therein.
