Job Description Course Worker:
This is a unique job at a very unique facility. We are looking for an employee who is self-motivated and proactive. We are looking for a renaissance person who is able to accomplish tasks in a diverse work environment. The course worker position is a combination of customer service, maintenance and general labor. We are looking for someone who can work in a group setting, but can also perform when working alone.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in all weather conditions
- Open and close the course (lock and unlock trap houses and turn traps on/off)
- Maintain all traps (keeping them stocked with targets and working properly)
- Move golf carts in and out of storage daily
- Assist with course improvements
- Basic Landscaping / Snow Removal (Open all Year-Round)
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess a level of comfort with shotguns and be willing to learn more about them
- Responsible for discussing basic safety information with guests to ensure that they have a positive experience
- Must have an open mind and be aware of their surroundings.
- Must have good communication skills in order to work as a team and enhance the guest's experience
- Attend training as required
Physical Duties:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Hours:
- Part Time
- The work day begins at 8:30 am and typically ends at 5:00-5:30pm.
