Job Description Course Worker:
This is a unique job at a very unique facility. We are looking for an employee who is self-motivated and proactive. We are looking for a renaissance person who is able to accomplish tasks in a diverse work environment. The course worker position is a combination of customer service, maintenance and general labor. We are looking for someone who can work in a group setting, but can also perform when working alone.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work in all weather conditions
  • Open and close the course (lock and unlock trap houses and turn traps on/off)
  • Maintain all traps (keeping them stocked with targets and working properly)
  • Move golf carts in and out of storage daily
  • Assist with course improvements
  • Basic Landscaping / Snow Removal (Open all Year-Round)
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must possess a level of comfort with shotguns and be willing to learn more about them
  • Responsible for discussing basic safety information with guests to ensure that they have a positive experience
  • Must have an open mind and be aware of their surroundings.
  • Must have good communication skills in order to work as a team and enhance the guest's experience
  • Attend training as required
Physical Duties:
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Hours:
  • Part Time
  • The work day begins at 8:30 am and typically ends at 5:00-5:30pm.
Our work week is Wednesday thru Sunday (Jan-Dec) and Monday's (Apr-Dec). Occasional Tuesdays during some of our busier months.
