Brand and Standards Maintenance Specialist Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc - 4.1 Portland, OR Job Details Full-time 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer literacy Company vehicle operation Driver's License Full Job Description This position is remote in the Portland, Oregon area. Will work with our Regional Sales Team member to support our Customers branded locations (gas/convenience stores) Desired Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a broad combination of practical, mechanical, and interpersonal skills, including: Strong general handyman abilities. Painting and surface-preparation experience. Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Experience using common hand and power tools. Ability to recognize maintenance, appearance, and facility issues. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Good customer-service and relationship-building skills. Professional appearance and communication skills. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency. Ability to use email, take and upload photographs, complete basic electronic reports, and work with simple spreadsheets or web-based systems. Ability to organize a territory and work independently with limited supervision. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Must be able to meet company driving and vehicle-insurance eligibility requirements. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout an assigned territory. Experience with gas stations, petroleum equipment, construction, facilities maintenance, retail branding, signage, painting, or mechanical repair is beneficial but not required for a candidate with strong general mechanical and handyman skills. Conditions of Employment Employment in this position is contingent upon: Maintaining a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Meeting company vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements. Successful completion of a background check. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening. Maintaining the ability to safely perform the essential duties of this field-based position.
