- Shift Manager / Manager on Duty
- to work on a collaborative team and assist with the fitness center oversight at our client site located in
- Beaumont, Texas
- . In this role, you'll help oversee fitness center operations, provide leadership and support to staff, and ensure members receive outstanding service in a welcoming and well-maintained environment. You'll serve as a key point of contact during your shift, helping to ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.
Schedule:
- 12 hours/week, primarily weekends and closing shifts. Serve as manager on duty and be a part of a collaborative team assisting with the facility oversight alongside the Management Team. At times, serves as acting manager, and will be responsible for the operations of the facility in its entirety including shift accountability.
- Key Accountabilities
- + Helps with all member service desk administration and processes including phones, membership enrollments, and greeting, checking in, and assisting customers.
- Minimum Requirements
- + At least 18 years old.
