Job Description

Job Summary The Spring Country Club is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Practice Range Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the practice range area, ensuring a welcoming environment for golfers of all skill levels. Your proactive approach will help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests while upholding the highest standards of groundskeeping and safety protocols. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your hospitality service skills, and contribute to a vibrant recreational community. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the safety and proper use of the practice range facilities for all visitors Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products and services. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the practice area, including trash removal and equipment storage Conduct inspections of systems and troubleshoot issues. Utilize conflict management skills to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Support food service operations as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience. Skills Ability to work mostly outdoors. Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills to address and resolve issues effectively. Experience in events management or hospitality settings is a plus. Cash handling experience is preferred for managing transactions accurately. Background working with children is advantageous for family-oriented environments. Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and equipment setup or relocation
Pay:
$13.00 - $25.00 per hour
