Outside Operations Staff - Golf Course Overview International Country Club is a private member owned club in Fairfax , VA. The club recently finished a 12+ million dollar clubhouse renovation with two indoor teaching/simulator bays (trackman). The golf course was also recently renovated with all new bunkers. Essential Responsibilities Providing the highest level of service to club members and guests. Knowledgeable of members and anticipates their needs. Assists with organizing golf bags in bag room, and staging area for regular play and range for the day. Work with professional staff keeping informed of daily activities & requests. Assists with managing and maintaining range ball rotation, rental club inventory, bag room and Outside Service supplies. Assist with tournaments as directed; including cart preparation, cart staging and set-up, tee signs, cart signs. Cart Fleet Management; this includes detailing and maintenance of a fleet of 60 carts. Assists with daily opening and closing procedures. Assist in the daily maintenance of the practice range and short game facilities. Enthusiasm to work closely with other staff members in a team environment.
