Job Description
We're hiring a Crew Monitor to support daily operations and help keep our orchard crews safe, efficient, and productive. The crew monitor assists the supervisor by relaying and explaining instructions to the crew for specific tasks (e.g., pruning, picking) and helping with timekeeping and production logs. What you'll do: Relay and explain instructions from the Supervisor to the crew for specific tasks Assist the Supervisor with timekeeping by managing employee clock-ins/outs and time corrections, while maintaining production logs and attendance records. Complete food safety logs and hygiene checks Document worker performance observations daily and escalate concerns to the Supervisor Report safety concerns, workplace incidents, and supply needs to the Supervisor in a timely manner What you need: 2 months of orchard experience Experience using PickTrace a plus Comfortable with basic math and mobile apps Strong communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and first aid cert (or willingness to obtain) Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Ability to work flexible hours, including nonstandard hours
