Passion for and curiosity about Asian spirits (Soju, Makgeolli, Japanese Whisky, Baijiu) and modern cocktail techniques (preferred, but not required).Current Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit and King County Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain before start date).Strong multitasking abilities, speed, and clean working habits under pressure.
Positive attitude, reliability, and clear communication skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and late-night shifts.

Prepare craft cocktails, highballs, tap pours, and signature market drinks accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment.Guest Experience:
Welcome guests, guide them through the beverage and food menu, offer tailored recommendations, and deliver attentive, warm hospitality.Compliance & Safety:
Strictly adhere to Washington State liquor laws, verifying identification (21+) and managing alcohol service responsibly.Team Collaboration:
