Field Inspector Trainee must have a strong attention to detail in addition to successfully contending with several variables in inspection and testing situations. Will require excellent verbal/written communication and composure skills while effectively communicating with customers, building and jurisdiction officials, peer inspectors and management personnel. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive position.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures Safety of Job #1. Adheres to all company policies, procedures & Environmental Health & Safety standards. Will not conduct any inspections without a lead inspector present Not responsible for scheduling inspections Interfaces with internal customers and external customers (as requested) to resolve conflicts relating to survey and report deliverables. Identifies ways to improve productivity and quality in the delivery of our product/service. Identify ways to reduce cost in the delivery of our product/service. Identify training programs that could improve technical knowledge of the field staff and present these to the Lead Field Engineer. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS
No prior experience or training. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer skills required:
