3PM - 3AM 3 to 6 days per week Weekends as needed Job Description We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Associate to join our growing food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and product quality. Responsibilities:

Perform quality inspections throughout the production process. Monitor food safety, product quality, and sanitation standards. Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products. Complete and maintain accurate quality control records and reports. Identify quality concerns and assist with corrective actions. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company food safety procedures. Communicate quality issues to production and management teams. Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of Quality Control experience in a food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work the required schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
