Shipping and Receiving position at food manufacturing factory. Physical work that can involve lifting bags of ingredients of 50 lbs. Will require loading and unloading trucks and operating a forklift and electric pallet jacks. Will train the right person, bilingual, a plus. Very competitive pay.

Responsibilities can include:

Will be responsible to receive, label and store raw materials, packaging, sanitation items and equipment. Will be responsible to ship finished goods and follow company food safety systems, procedures and policies. Shipping and receiving will be responsible to keep the warehouse clean and organized and keep warehouse equipment charged and in good condition. Will be responsible to perform an internal pest control inspection on a weekly basis and will also be responsible to record the refrigerator and freezer temperatures of storage units on site. Will need to fill out trailer inspection forms before unloading and loading a truck. Maintain compliance with the visitor log program and be sure that the log is being filled correctly. Label all of the incoming raw materials based on the company's food safety systems before putting the incoming raw materials away. Meet and Coordinate with your manager throughout the work day and end of day on how the orders are to be shipped. Be responsible to learn how to build orders of frozen and dry products daily.
