Job Description
The Crewperson.
Coating/Inspection.
I will be an integral part of our operations, working closely with the team to ensure efficient and safe liner plant processes. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of coating and inspection practices. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry is an asset. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications. Basic knowledge of coating and inspection techniques is beneficial. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as needed. Assist with liner plant operations, including pumping line assistance and thread cleaning. Apply dope and install couplings as per specified procedures. Wash, install, and remove pumping heads, ensuring proper maintenance. Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any issues or anomalies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with the team to optimize coating and inspection processes. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Keep detailed records of coating and inspection activities. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
