Job Details Batch correctly spec'd concrete into trucks. Work hand in hand with dispatch to ensure good service and quality. Pull inventory for following day. Help fix components of the plant when needed. Assist PM with necessary tasks. Communicate with loader man regularly. Keep an eye on materials and aggregates. Order material when needed according to next day production. Enter all incoming inventory into Command Alkon system. Find new tools to make batching process better and more efficient. Stay up to date with all training. Input all incoming material inventory into excel spreadsheet, separated by plant, and material. Verify truck slump coming out of the hole. Keep an eye on all components of plant while batching concrete. Complete end of day tasks. Drain plant, shut everything down, make sure It is clean. Help with anything else when needed.
