$25/hr Responsibilities Move and organize stacks of product throughout the distribution area. Use pick-to-light programs or voice-activated equipment to accurately select and fill route orders. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Follow all food safety, food quality, and SQF procedures and requirements. Immediately report and take appropriate action regarding any food safety or quality concerns. Follow procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan, and other programs supporting SQF and third-party audit requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stack and carry trays and push or pull stacks of product. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding distribution environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
