Professional Land Steward Transforming Terrain LLC Tucson, AZ 85716 About Us Transforming Terrain LLC is a licensed contractor (ROC‑358976) based in Tucson, AZ. We're a small, locally-rooted team dedicated to land stewardship through rainwater harvesting, arboriculture, sustainable landscaping, and native-plant identification and planting across residential and commercial landscapes. Our mission is to nurture healing—ecological, cultural, and community-focused—through hands‑on land stewardship and education. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Professional Land Steward to support installation, maintenance, and stewardship projects. The ideal candidate brings solid trade experience and a commitment to ecological restoration. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain residential and commercial sites Assist with arboriculture, rainwater harvesting installations, planting, seed propagation, and soil & water management Perform physical labor outdoors for 8+ hours Maintain and restore native landscapes following steward‑centric practices Collaborate with the team to deliver high‑quality installations Experience & Qualifications Proven experience with residential and/or commercial irrigation systems Experience in rainwater harvesting, native plants, arboriculture, wild lands restoration or soil management is strongly preferred Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Growth mindset Comfortable physically working outdoors; ability to lift up to 100 lbs Reliable transportation If you do not meet one of these and still feel you are a good fit for the team, please reach out and provide further detail What We Offer Competitive pay with opportunities for increases and profit sharing, depending on experience Supportive, welcoming team atmosphere A safe and values‑driven workplace committed to healing and regenerative ecological relationships Opportunities for ongoing learning, workshops, and professional growth How to Apply Submit application through Indeed and we will reach out if you meet our qualifications.
