We're seeking Land Stewards who want to make a positive environmental impact while maintaining beautiful, sustainable landscapes. Responsibilities Maintain properties using all-electric equipment including mowers, trimmers, and hand tools Implement sustainable mowing and trimming practices Plant and care for native species Perform spring/fall clean-ups Assist with mulching and landscape enhancements Learn about and apply water-wise techniques Qualifications Physical ability to work outdoors Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Interest in environmental conservation Valid driver's license Previous experience preferred but not required for motivated individuals Work Schedule This is a seasonal F/T or P/T opportunity. Snow removal work is available in the winter and the pay rate is higher. The typical work week is Monday to Thursday, 7AM - 5PM, with a 10-hour shift. Our summer season runs from April through October. Location The work location is in-person in and throughout Boulder County, CO. Candidates should reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
