We are seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to assist with harvesting Spruce tops and birch poles. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position ideal for candidates who enjoy working in nature and performing hands-on labor. Experience in forestry, landscaping, or logging is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Harvest spruce tops and birch poles according to size and quality specifications Cut, trim, and prepare poles for transport or stacking Use hand tools and power tools safely (chainsaws, loppers, etc.) Carry, load, and stack harvested poles Follow safety procedures and environmental guidelines Work efficiently as part of a small crew in outdoor conditions

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Basic tool-handling skills (training provided if needed) Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
